North Dakota attorneys must complete and report forty-five (45) credit hours of North Dakota CLE activities every three years, including the legal ethics requirement. During each reporting period, North Dakota attorneys must complete three (3) credit hours of legal ethics. North Dakota attorneys must complete their CLE hours by June 30 and report CLE compliance by July 31. North Dakota attorneys may satisfy up to twelve (15) CLE credit hours each compliance period through Attorney Credits' self study ND CLE courses. Attorney Credits' online and downloadable CLE courses are considered self-study by the North Dakota Continuing Legal Education Board. In North Dakota no more than fifteen (15) total credit hours may be obtained through self-study CLE activities.
