State Reporting

North Dakota attorneys must self report online courses through their SBAND profile and report your CLE compliance at the end of your three year compliance cycle by completing and returning the Report of Compliance to the State Bar Association of North Dakota by July 31.

Newly Admitted Attorneys

The initial reporting period for attorneys begins the July 1 following the date of initial licensure or relicensure. New admittees may carry-over credits earned from courses taken after August 1 of the year of their admission.
