Substance abuse hours may NOT be carried forward to satisfy the MCLE requirements of the next 3 year cycle of reporting years. Please note that MCLE credit from online MCLE courses may NOT be carried forward to the next compliance period.
Yes, under the South Carolina MCLE Requirements we must monitor your completion of the course. For online streaming video courses you must click on randomly inserted pop ups to confirm that you are viewing the video.
Yes, Attorney Credits does report your completed courses to the Supreme Court of South Carolina Commission on CLE and Specialization. We will report your course attendance within 30 days of course completion. We report on the 1st and 15th of every month. In addition, we also maintain a record of all your completed courses and you can access your certificates of completion at anytime from our website.
In January, the Supreme Court of South Carolina Commission on CLE and Specialization will mail you an MCLE compliance report. If the information in your MCLE compliance report is accurate and you have completed your required South Carolina MCLE, you must sign the annual report, have it notarized, and return it before March 1. If your compliance report is incomplete or inaccurate, you need to cure any CLE deficiency or make any necessary corrections to the form and return it before March 1.
