Yes, Attorney Credits does report your completed courses to the Utah State Board of Continuing Legal Education. We will report your course attendance within 30 days of course completion. Our automated reports run on the 1st and 15th of each month.
You must file a Certificate of Compliance before July 31. The Certificate of Compliance must include the title of programs attended, the entity that sponsored the MCLE program, the number of hours in actual attendance at each program and other information that the Utah State Board of Continuing Legal Education might require.

Online and downloadable legal continuing education courses are considered self-study by the Utah CLE Board. No more than 12 total hours may be obtained through all of the following activities: teaching, presentations, writing/publishing, and self-study legal continuing education courses. Utah attorneys are responsible for their keeping concise record of Utah CLE activities completed. You must retain CLE records for 4 years from the end of the period that you filed the certificate of compliance and proof must be submitted to the Utah CLE Board upon written request.
