Yes, Attorney Credits does report your completed courses to the State Bar of Georgia Commission on Continuing Lawyer Competency. Our automated attendance reports run weekly on Thursday. We report through the Georgia website normally within two business days of the report running. In addition, we also maintain a record of all your completed courses and you can access your certificates of completion at anytime from our website.
Georgia attorneys do not need to file a separate compliance report if all required CLE credits have been properly reported and appear on their State Bar of Georgia CLE transcript. Attorneys should review their online CLE transcript to confirm that all required credits have been received and that their CLE requirement has been satisfied. Attorneys who are deficient will receive email notices from the State Bar prior to the compliance deadline. If credits are missing from your transcript, you must take the appropriate steps to have the credits reported or otherwise reconcile your CLE record or cure your CLE deficiency with the State Bar.
