Yes, under the Oklahoma MCLE Requirements we must monitor your completion of the course. For online streaming video courses you must click on randomly inserted pop ups to confirm that you are viewing the video. For downloadable courses we have embedded numeric codes in the courses. You must write these numbers down and then enter them on our website after you complete the course to obtain your course certificate. Please note that the date you enter the codes and get the certificate is the date that will be printed on the certificate.
Yes, Attorney Credits does report your completed courses to the Oklahoma Bar Association. We will report your course attendance within 30 days of course completion. We report on the 1st and 15th of every month. In addition, we also maintain a record of all your completed courses and you can access your certificates of completion at anytime from our website.
If you have all of your required Oklahoma MCLE completed by December 31, you do not have to file an Annual Report of Compliance. If you have NOT completed all of your required MCLE by December 31, then you must file an Annual Report of Compliance. In mid-January the Annual Report of Compliance is mailed to all Oklahoma attorneys whose records indicate that they have not completed the required MCLE. When you receive the Annual Report, you must make any necessary additions or corrections and return the Annual Report to the Oklahoma Bar Association by February 15.

Oklahoma attorneys may earn 6 Oklahoma CLE hours from Attorney Credits online CLE as part of the 12 hour OK CLE requirement, including the Oklahoma specialty CLE requirement. Attorney Credits’ Oklahoma CLE courses have all been approved by the Oklahoma MCLE Commission and we report your completed CLE hours within 30 days of course completion.
Oklahoma attorneys must complete a minimum of 12 CLE hours during the annual compliance period, including at least 1 required hour of legal ethics. The period from January 1 through December 31 is the Oklahoma CLE compliance period. If you complete your Oklahoma Bar Association CLE requirement after December 31 you will be assessed a $100 fee for late CLE compliance. You are not required to file an Annual Report of Compliance if your OK CLE record reflects that you have completed the 12 required CLE hours by December 31. However, the Annual Report of Compliance must be filed by Oklahoma attorneys who do not have sufficient OK CLE credit on their OK CLE record by December 31. Oklahoma attorneys may earn no more than 6 of the 12 OK CLE hours by participating in online OK CLE courses.
