Every attorney admitted to the Vermont Bar must attend at least 15 hours of continuing legal education on Vermont practice and procedure in courses approved by the Board of Continuing Legal Education and certified by the Board of Bar Examiners.

Before June 1 of your reporting year, the Vermont Board of Mandatory Continuing Legal Education will send you an MCLE compliance form. You can download these from the Vermont judiciary's website at: https://www.vermontjudiciary.org/attorneys/attorney-licensing. You must submit the compliance form stating completion of the MCLE requirement by June 30.
