Attorney Credits is a Utah State Board of Continuing Legal Education Approved Provider. All of our Utah courses are approved for CLE credit.

State Reporting

We report your completed courses to the to the Utah State Bar. Our automated reports run weekly on Thursday. You must file a Certificate of Compliance before July 31 to the Utah State Board of CLE at: https://services.utahbar.org.

State Rules

New Annual Compliance Period 6/30/2023 and beyond for all Utah attorneys

12 hours - including 1 hour of legal ethics and 1 hour of professionalism & civility. Utah attorneys will be able to complete 6 on-demand CLE hours annually under the new rules.

Please note you can only take 6 credits on demand with Attorney Credits. On demand doesn't qualify for Verified E-CLE.

Newly Admitted Attorneys

New lawyers must complete the New Lawyer Training Program and 12 accredited MCLE hours. Attorney Credits does not offer the NLTP or NLEP, however we do offer the 12 accredited MCLE hours.
