No. Utah does NOT allow MCLE credit hours to be carried over from one compliance period to the next.
No. Utah attorneys monitor their own progress and verify their own completion once the course has been completed.
Yes, Attorney Credits does report your completed courses to the Utah Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal Education. We will report your course attendance within 30 days of course completion. Our automated reports run weekly on Thursday.
You must file a Certificate of Compliance before July 31. You can access your MCLE records at the Utah website here https://services.utahbar.org/Login?returnurl=%2f.

This report will contain the MCLE information that has been received and entered by the Utah Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal Education. Please note that CLE providers have up to 30 days to provide attendance information and the transcript may not reflect the most current MCLE information.
