Attorney Credits' CLE courses have all been approved for self-study credit by the Idaho State Bar CLE Board. Idaho attorneys must complete 30 credit hours every 3 years, including 3 credit hours of Legal Ethics or Professional Responsibility. A maximum of fifteen (15) credit hours of online on-demand CLE courses may be applied to the Idaho State Bar CLE requirement. The compliance period ends on December 31 and the deadline to report ID CLE compliance is February 1. Attorneys that are subject to the CLE requirement must submit a written Certificate of Compliance - on a form prescribed by the Idaho State Bar CLE Board - verifying compliance with the Idaho CLE requirement for the applicable reporting period. Idaho attorneys may not carryover CLE credits from once compliance period to the next.
