State Reporting
Attorney Credits reports your completed courses to the Ohio CLE Commission. Our automated attendance reports run weekly on Thursday. The Ohio CLE Commission will keep track of the CLE credits that you earn and will mail you an INTERIM report in July of the second year of the biennial reporting period. Sixty days before the filing deadline for your biennial report, the Ohio CLE Commission will mail your final Reporting Transcript. You must review and return your final signed Ohio Supreme Court CLE reporting transcript to the Commission, verifying completion of all applicable MCLE requirements by January 31.

State Rules
The Supreme Court of Ohio removed the self-study caps for attorneys in July of 2022. Ohio lawyers can complete all 24 of the 24 required CLE credits online through Attorney Credits.
Compliance Groups
A - L: Report by December 31 of ODD numbered years.
M - Z: Report by December 31 of EVEN numbered years.
Newly Admitted Attorneys
Newly admitted attorneys must comply with New Lawyers Training ("NLT") educational requirements unless otherwise exempted from the Ohio Supreme Court CLE requirements. The required 12 hours of NLT instruction must be completed by the end of the first biennial compliance period. Attorney Credits does not offer the newly admitted courses.
