State Reporting

State Rules

Montana attorneys can complete all 15 required CLE hours online through Attorney Credits.

Montana attorneys must complete 10 hours through live webinars.

Newly admitted attorneys are not required to complete any Montana CLE requirements for the duration of the reporting year (April 1 - March 31) during which they are admitted to the State Bar of Montana.
