Rexford Brabson is an intellectual property attorney that advises small- to large-sized businesses and individuals with regard to their trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Rexford has worked at intellectual property firms since 2012, and has worked with David Branfman at Branfman Law Group, P.C., since October, 2014. Because of his long-standing relationship with Branfman Law Group, Rexford specializes in intellectual property for the burgeoning cannabis industry.
Rexford firmly believes that a strong intellectual property portfolio is the best and most valuable tool a company can have – especially in the cannabis industry. Therefore, his services focus on maximizing the client’s intellectual property portfolio while remaining conscious of the client’s budgetary needs.
Rexford was also able to clerk for New Mexico Supreme Court Justice Edward Chavez during the summer of 2012, where he drafted New Mexico Supreme Court opinions on behalf of Justice Chavez.
When not at the office, Rexford enjoys spending time with his wife, two dogs, going to the gym, and playing video games.
