Eric A. Gang has been in the private practice of law since 1998. He is the founding member of Gang & Associates, LLC, Veterans Disability Lawyers, a law firm that represents veterans all over the United States, as well as veterans living abroad.
Mr. Gang devotes his law practice exclusively to representing the interests of disabled veterans. He maintains offices in New York City and New Jersey and represents veterans nationwide. Mr. Gang graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law (Newark, New Jersey), where he served on the Legislative Law Journal. He also holds a B.A. degree in History.
Mr. Gang is licensed to practice law in all New York (inactive) and New Jersey state courts; the Federal District Court, District of New Jersey; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. In addition, he is an accredited representative with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Gang’s current and past affiliations include membership in the National Organization of Veterans Advocates, the CAVC Bar Association, the Veterans and Military sections of the Federal Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Mr. Gang is a frequent speaker and lecturer in the area of veterans’ disability law. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Disabled Veterans Resource Center, a nonprofit veterans’ advocacy group. His work has been featured in media outlets across the country, and his latest book, Betrayal of Valor, is soon to be published by Sutton Hart Press.
