These topics will also be covered: preference relatives, the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), fiancés, retired persons, specialized knowledge, E Visa treaty countries, employees, workers, requirements for extraordinary ability, original scientific or scholarly work of major significance, written consultation from a recognized peer group or labor organization, specialty occupations, and “professionals, skilled and other workers.” Stephen provides a thorough discussion of the following visas: L-1, E-1, E-2, EB-5, H1-B, H2-B, H-3, O1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3.
