Company: Credit Damage
Courses:
Credit Damages: Evaluation & Compensation | More Accurate Damage Demands | Due Diligence for Credit Damage Clients
Specialty Area: Credit
As an experienced consultant/expert witness with a proven, successful process to identify how many of the six kinds of credit related damage have been inflicted on a victim by the responsible parties. My purpose is to increase the completeness and fairness of compensation for each Plaintiff or Defense client.
To provide specific identification and to measure the extent of credit damage suffered based on documentation including but not limited to credit reports, legal notices, monthly statements, etc.
I have testified in Superior and Federal court for Plaintiff or Defense, and in Class Action cases.
Credit damage measurement service is different in scope from what a lender, accountant or economist is able to qualify for damage compensation, and then calculate the dollar value of such damages.
Court rules require that I am totally neutral in developing my opinion, and that my opinion in the matter at hand is based on factors specific to the matter at hand. Court rules forbid me from working on contingency, or feel that payment for my services is dependent on the outcome.

Ona Russell |

Company: Ona Russell
Courses:
Literature and the Law
Specialty Area: An educator and novelist, Ona holds a PhD in literature from the University of California, San Diego. She lectures nationally on the topic of "Literature and the Law." In addition to her two novels, O’Brien’s Desk and The Natural Selection, Ona has been published in newspapers and literary anthologies, and she is a regular contributor to Orange County Lawyer magazine.
"Literature and the Law" is a growing academic field that theoretically examines the linguistic and humanistic correspondences between these two disciplines; in particular, their mutual, narrative-driven desire for truth. Informed by such theory, Ona focuses on the practical side, showing legal professionals how knowledge of literary texts can enhance their rhetorical and adjudicating skills, whether for writing briefs, arguing a case or handing down a decision.
The Natural Selection, her latest novel, is an historical mystery set against the backdrop of the Scopes “monkey” trial. Ona has been named a finalist for The Natural Selection in three 2009 book award contests - The San Diego Book Awards, The Next Generation Book Awards, and the prestigious California Book Awards.

Company: Legislative Intent Services, Inc.
Courses:
Legislative Intent
Specialty Area: Legislative research, history and intent.
In order to present a legislative intent argument to the court, one must locate all sources of relevant information, organize the materials in an understandable format, and then carefully analyze them in light of the factual context presented by the case at hand.
Legislative documents are not easily accessible because of the number of different source locations and the semi-private nature of many of the holdings. Each legislative analysis has a different point of origin, use and retention profile. With over 30 years of experience, Legislative Intent Service, Inc.'s personnel know where legislative information comes from and the special access protocols for each storage facility.
In these days of restricted budgets, the staff in the relevant offices and facilities simply do not have the time to perform thorough research of this nature for the public, or even to respond quickly to the simplest requests. Because Legislative Intent Service, Inc. has spent many years collecting these important historical materials, we have available for rapid response tens of thousands of legislative documents from our own archives and collection.
Legislative Intent Service, Inc. transmits to each client requesting full research a professionally prepared report that begins with a report analysis, followed by an organized presentation of the documents. Also included is our lengthy Points and Authorities on the use of legislative intent material as evidence.
