Under the ND CLE Rules, North Dakota attorneys may complete up to 15 CLE hours through self-study North Dakota CLE courses as part of the 45 hour North Dakota CLE requirement.

Attorneys admitted to the State Bar Association of North Dakota must complete and report 45 hours of accredited ND CLE activities every 3 years, including the 3 hour legal ethics requirement. North Dakota attorneys must complete their ND CLE hours by June 30 and report ND CLE compliance by July 31. North Dakota attorneys may satisfy up to 15 CLE hours each compliance period through online on-demand ND CLE courses offered by Attorney Credits. Online and downloadable CLE courses are considered self-study by the ND CLE Commission.
