When submitting a support ticket, please make sure you include your full name, and if you are having a problem with a particular course, please include the full course name.

Our normal office hours are 8 AM to 8 PM Pacific Time Monday - Friday.

For after hours and weekend issues please submit a support ticket from our Support site or leave a message and someone will try to get back to you the same day. Most weekend support issues are handled within four hours.
