When submitting a support ticket, please make sure you include your full name, and if you are having a problem with a particular course, please include the full course name.

Our normal office hours are 7:30 AM to 8 PM Pacific Time (10:30 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time) Monday - Friday.

For after hours and weekend issues please submit a support ticket from our Support site. We try to respond to weekend support issues within four hours.
