Q. Are your California classes good for participatory credits?
A. We offer both self-study and participatory credits. Each class is clearly labeled. Self-study classes are text based (you read them) and participatory credits are video based (you watch them). You can get all 25 credits or just your 12.5 participatory credits from Attorney Credits.

Q. Are your classes approved by the State Bar of California?

Q. What do you do/What do I do with my certificates?
A. We do not send anything to the state bar because it is not required. You should not send any certificates to the state bar either unless specifically requested by them. On your renewal form all you have to do is sign attesting to the fact that you completed the required classes before the renewal date. Note that we maintain all certificate records because the state does random auditing.

Q. How does your site work?
A. After signing up, you can take either Text or Video classes. If you take a Text based course you can either read the material online or download a PDF for either online or offline viewing. After you have read the class material you must pass a brief test (which you can take as many times as needed) to get your certificate. If you take a Video based course you must watch the entire video.
