Attorney Credits offers multiple CLE options for attorneys in the Grand Canyon State to complete the annual 15 MCLE credit hour requirement. Why brave the Arizona heat when you can complete your Arizona MCLE requirement without leaving the comfort of your air conditioned home or office? Using Attorney Credits state-of-the-art website, Arizona attorneys may conveniently complete CLE courses at any time of the day or night through the following media formats: streaming audio & video, MP3 and Video Download. We feature one-click Arizona MCLE compliance bundles, in addition to CD, DVD, MP3 and USB compliance packages.
Each Arizona attorney must complete a total of 15 hours of continuing legal education (CLE) annually, including mandatory 3 hours of professional responsibility. The annual Arizona MCLE compliance period runs from July 1 to June 30. The MCLE reporting deadline in Arizona is September 15. Arizona attorneys must submit proof of meeting their MCLE requirements on a form provided by the State Bar of Arizona. Online filing is also available for Arizona attorneys starting in July and a blank affidavit is also included in the September edition of the Arizona Attorney magazine that is issued in mid-August. The certificates of completion issued by Attorney Credits should be maintained for your records.
The State Bar of Arizona does not certify CLE courses or providers. Arizona lawyers must independently review the Arizona MCLE regulations and make their own determination that the CLE course or provider qualifies for credit towards their MCLE requirements. Arizona MCLE Regulation 104(A) details the standards that apply to CLE courses and CLE providers to check and see if a course will qualify for CLE credit in Arizona. Attorney Credits is an Approved Provider of CLE in a number of states across the country and currently offers CLE in over 30 states. We have had hundreds of Arizona attorneys use our website to complete their MCLE requirement.
