State Rules
Pennsylvania attorneys can complete all 12 required CLE hours online through Attorney Credits.
Pennsylvania attorneys must complete 6 hours through live webinars.
Compliance Group 1 - April 30 of each year.
Compliance Group 2 - August 31 of each year.
Compliance Group 3 - December 31 of each year.
Lawyers can complete up to 6 of the required 12 CLE hours through on-demand courses.
Attorneys may carry forward live courses into the succeeding 2 years, up to 2 times the current year's requirement. Online courses do NOT carry forward.
Newly Admitted Attorneys
The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania requires newly admitted lawyers to complete the Bridge the Gap program prior to their first CLE compliance deadline. Attorney Credits does not offer the BTG program.
