Attorney Credits' KS CLE courses have all been pre-approved by the Kansas CLE Commission. Kansas attorneys must complete 12 credit hours every year, including 2 credit hours of ethics and professionalism. A maximum of five (5) credit hours of online CLE courses may be applied to the annual KS CLE requirement. The compliance period ends on June 30 and the deadline to report your Kansas Continuing Legal Education compliance is July 31. Attorneys may carry over 10 general credit hours from one compliance period to the next. However, please note that ethics and professionalism credit hours in excess of the 2 hour annual requirement may be carried forward as general attendance credit hours only and not as ethics and professionalism credits.
