Utah attorneys can complete up to 12 of the 24 required CLE credits online through Attorney Credits. A minimum of 3 hours of credit must be earned in ethics or professional responsibility. At least 1 of the 3 hours must be in the topics of professionalism and civility.
Newly Admitted Attorneys
By the end of the first 2 year reporting period, new lawyers must complete the following MCLE requirements: the New Lawyer Training Program, the New Lawyer Ethics Program and 12 accredited MCLE hours. Attorney Credits does not offer the NLTP or NLEP, however we do offer the 12 accredited MCLE hours.
