We report your completed courses to the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education. Our automated reports run on the 1st and 15th of each month. The Commission on Continuing Legal Education will prepare and mail you the Annual Report Statement in February. Attorneys that are short CLE hours must cure any CLE deficiency, complete the Annual Report Statement, then return it to the Supreme Court of Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education before March 31

Newly Admitted Attorneys
If you pass the February Tennessee Bar Exam you have a CLE obligation for the year that you pass the Bar Exam - but the Commission on CLE will award you the required 15 hours of CLE credit to fulfill that CLE obligation. If you were not sworn in prior to September 1, then you should contact the Tennessee Commission on CLE.
