What is the new Technology requirement that starts in 2027?
Beginning with the two-year reporting cycle ending December 31, 2027, New Jersey attorneys must now complete 1 CLE hour in technology-related subjects. Note that this does not apply to the cycle ending December 31, 2026.

How many CLE hours can I take through Attorney Credits?
New Jersey attorneys can complete all 24 required CLE hours online through Attorney Credits. New Jersey residents must complete 12 hours through live webinars. Attorneys who qualify for the non-resident exception may complete all 24 hours with on-demand courses.. What is the non-resident CLE exception?
If you qualify for this exception you may satisfy all 24 required NJ CLE credit hours through online CLE courses. To qualify you must:
(1) Reside in
(2) Work in
(3) And be licensed in EITHER a mandatory CLE state that allows for 100% of the CLE requirement to be taken through online CLE courses OR a state with no mandatory CLE requirement.
