Attorney Credits courses are approved by the Nebraska MCLE Commission.

State Reporting

Nebraska attorneys are required to report their MCLE credits using the ASD website. We will also report your MCLE credits to the Nebraska MCLE Commission. Our automated attendance reports run every Thursday. You can reach the ASD website here: https://mcle.wcc.ne.gov/ext/

State Rules

Nebraska attorneys can complete 5 of the required 10 Nebraska Bar Association MCLE credits hours online through Attorney Credits.

Up to 10 hours of credit may be carried forward to the next compliance period, however there is a 5 credit hour limit for on-demand carry over. Please note that only regular/traditional credits are allowed to be carried over. MCLE hours in the area of professional responsibility do not carry over.

Newly Admitted Attorneys

Newly admitted attorneys are not required to complete any MCLE until the first calendar year of admission to the Nebraska State Bar Association.
