State Rules
Missouri attorneys can complete all 15 required CLE hours online through Attorney Credits.
Missouri attorneys must complete 9 hours through live webinars.
On-demand courses are considered "self-study" in Missouri. Missouri does not accredit self-study courses. Missouri attorneys cannot take ethics, malpractice, professionalism, or elimination of bias credits with on-demand courses.
Newly Admitted Attorneys
Newly admitted Missouri attorneys are not required to complete or report any credit hours in the reporting year in which they are initially licensed to practice law in Missouri. Please note that the MCLE reporting year is different from the standard calendar year and begins on July 1 and ends on June 30 the following year. Credit hours should be reported in the online annual report for the July 1- June 30 reporting year in which the program credit hours occurred.
