State Rules

Newly Admitted Attorneys

Each newly admitted attorney must complete a new-lawyer program approved by the Mississippi Commission on Continuing Legal Education, consisting of 12 hours of CLE including 6 hours of basic skills training and 6 hours of ethics/professionalism. This program must be completed by the conclusion of the second CLE year occurring after the date of admission to The Mississippi Bar. Attorney Credits does not offer these newly admitted courses.
