State Reporting

Hawaii requires that you self report your CLE compliance on your annual registration form. Hawaii also requires that we report your completed courses. Our automated attendance reports run on the 1st and 15th of each month.

State Rules

All active members of the Hawaii Bar are required to complete at least 3 credit hours of continuing legal education each year and at least 1 credit of ethics every three years.

Newly Admitted Attorneys

Newly admitted attorneys must complete the Hawaii Professionalism Course no later than December 31 of the following year of election of active status. This program is only offered by the Hawaii State Bar Association.
