Gun laws in the United States create a complex web of requirements that are rarely considered in the estate administration process. In this CLE course, attorney Kim McGhee discusses the legal issues that you must consider when administering an estate with firearms. She mainly addresses the laws regarding the administration of estates with firearms, key considerations regarding possession, transporting & storing firearms, prohibited persons and transferring firearms.
