Mark Reichenthal practices in the areas of entertainment law, intellectual property, licensing, internet, and general business contracts with a concentration in book and magazine publishing and the software/internet industries.
Mark received his B.A. from the State University College at Buffalo in 1986. He completed a Master of Science Degree in Book and Magazine publishing at Pace University in 1992. Mark received his J.D. from the California Western School of Law in 1995.
Prior to law school Mark was in the publishing industry for six years as a Contracts Analyst at Simon & Schuster, a Contracts Assistant at William Morrow and a Contracts Manager at Avon Books. After joining the Bar, he was the Contracts Manager for Vivendi Universal’s software division. Lastly he was a Senior Counsel at Wiley Publishing, Inc., publisher of the “…….For Dummies” series.
Mark is admitted to practice in both California and Indiana.
