Attorney Credits' Nebraska Continuing Legal Education courses have all been approved by the Nebraska MCLE Commission. Nebraska attorneys must complete 10 credit hours every year, including 2 credit hours of Professional Responsibility. A maximum of five (5) credit hours of online CLE courses may be applied to the annual Nebraska Continuing Legal Education requirement. The compliance period ends on December 31 and the deadline to report your NE CLE compliance is January 20. Attorneys may carryover 10 regular/traditional credit hours from one compliance period to the next. However, please note that Professional Responsibility and online credit hours may NOT be carried over.
