If for some reason you are having problems getting our site to work for you, please try the support section first. Answers to 95% of all questions are found on the support page. When submitting a Support Email, please notice that as you type your question, our database will try and answer your question. Answer are displayed below. If your problem is not listed or the results don't help, please submit a support email. If your problem deals with a specific class, please make sure you include the full name of the class you are having problems with, along with your full name. Our tech support team is knowledgeable about online CLE, participatory credits, and continuing legal education issues. Our normal office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time (Monday - Thursday) and Noon to 5 PM Pacific Time Friday. We provide excellent support to our customers and typically resolve most issues immediately, but please be aware of what our normal business hours are. Do not expect an immediate response during non-business hours. Besides our normal office hours there is someone on call from 8 AM to 9 AM and 5 PM to 9 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday and 8 AM to 9 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Your voicemail or support email will be handled the same day if at all possible. Most weekend support issues are returned within 4 hours. |
