Getting your Alabama State Bar CLE done doesn't have to be a hassle! Attorney Credits allows you to complete your Alabama CLE credits on your own schedule - without leaving your home. Under the Alabama MCLE Rules, attorneys may complete up to 6 CLE credits through online Alabama CLE courses as part of the annual 12 unit MCLE requirement. CLE credits for the MCLE Alabama year must be completed by midnight of December 31. You must check your online transcript to confirm that you have completed all your required AL CLE by December 31. You can view your transcript at any time by logging in to your account on the Alabama State Bar website. If you receive a notice of non-compliance around the end of January or beginning of February, you have until February 15 to submit a corrected CLE transcript indicating compliance or submit a deficiency plan with the $100 late compliance fee.
